Refund policy

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at hello@rima-collective.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, without signs of wear or damage, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. We require all returns to use the shipping label provided.

Once your return has been received, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
